Description
OMGUS Military Tribunal Case One, OMT-I-D-77. Palace of Justice, Nurnberg, Germany. Photograph narrative: Defendant Wilhelm Beiglboeck (facing camera) consults with his defense counssel, Dr. Gustav Steinbauer, of Vienna, in the defense counsel conference room. A guard is always in attendance and examines all documents that have to be passed through a small wooden gate. The defendant and his counsel are separated by glass and wire mess. In some cases a double thickness of protective mesh in two sizes is used.
