Description
February 26, 1825 (8 pages). Handwritten draft of a Circular which Reynolds wrote to be printed for distribution to his constituents in Tennessee. The Library of Congress has two copies of the 3-page printed version of this circular which have been scanned and reproduced as part of the American Memory Project in the collection: 'An American Time Capsule: Three Centuries of Broadsides and Other Printed Ephemera.' (See http://memory.loc.gov and type in the Search box the words: circular reynolds tennessee. The printed version has paragraph spacing not in the original and also prints out some of Reynolds' abbreviations.
