Holy Bible with brown leather cover and gold gilt lettering and page tips. Handwritten inscription: 'John B. Stetson from your pastor - W. T. Chase. Sept 1 - 1894. Numbers VI: 24, 25, 26.' Those verses say, 'The Lord bless thee, and keep thee; The Lord make his face shine upon thee; The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.' The Variorum Teacher's Edition of the Holy Bible, Containing the Old and New Testaments. London: Eyre and Spottiswoode, 1893. Front two pages are detached from text.
