Stetson Family Collection. Photo of John B. Stetson, Jr., and other distinguised guests at a wreath laying ceremony. Written on back of photo, 'Delegates of the American Legion put wreaths on the grave of the unknown soldier. From left to right, Count Przezdziecki, Chief of Protocol; Szczerbinski of the Protocol; myself; Leopold Kotnowski, President Polish American Chambre of Commerce; Colonel McKenney, military attache; [and] the four American Legionaries of Polish extraction sent up from Paris for the occasion'. John B. Stetson, Jr. served as U.S. Minister to Poland from 1925 to 1929.
