International Law Assoqration *s 55th conference was opened yesterday in Warsaw by lord Phillimore , the oldest member of the
Association, in the preeeno'e of the President of the Republic and
and number of representatives of the Government and Foreign Countries
having legations in Warsaw, Br of, Cybichowski welcomed the visitors
paying a tribute to the important role displayed by the Ail.glo-Saxon
race in the law Association. Lord Phillimore answered for the

belief that the partitions of Poland were the greatest crime against
International law and therefore he rejoyced so much to attend the

In the speech of Mr.Hinderichsen (Germany) one felt the desire
of uniting Germany with Austria, The business debates start today.
Credit for Agra. ians_ Mr,Sharp and Foundville left Warsaw today
leaving a definite proposal concerning the American help for
organising long term credit for agrarians. The America experts
proposed to estab,ish in Warsaw a central credit association which
would, buy all bonds issued by existing agrarian credit institutions
and issue own bonds which would be placed on foreign markets. The
new bonds would have the advantge of being uniform while for the
time being there is a confusion of various Polish papers competing
abroad, then these new bonds will be supported by the Bankers Trust,
Chase National and the Banking House of Blair,
The anniversary of the Legions creates great interest among the
logal and foreign press. People surrousnig the Government assure
the meeting will bring nothing special and will be nothing but
a family ceremony of the legionaries.

Foreign Affairs The new Finish Minister is arriving in Warsaw,
Radio The Government builds a new radio station in Gdynia. In
this way Poland will be able to comeunicate with the Sea shore
through thia station.
