Dear Sir:
Forbes,
DeLand, Fla.
I am figuring on attending the executive committee meeting
on next Saturday, whioh I note takes place at two o'clock. Owing to
the fact tnat the trains are nearly all late, which makes it possible
that I could not arrive there at two o'clock, and in whioh case tne
meeting would be over before I arrived, I would like to ask if there
are others of the committee who are likely to come on the same train,
in whioh case the hour of meeting might be a little later so that it
would give tiie trustees an opportunity to get there. Of course if I
am the only one who is likely to be in this predicament, there would
be no need of changing the time of meeting, and in which case, if
the^train w£j£g late I would not leave here until the afternoon train,
thus
Dic.E.O.P.
giving me about five hours more here.
Awaiting your reply, I am,
Yours respectfully,
;
