Inasmuoh as you fully appreciate the great educational influences of the Pan-American Exposition, you will doubtless encourage
the attendance of all your Students. In this behalf, we beg to call
your attention to the fact that the general prosperity of the
Country, the low excursion rates, the grandeur and surpassing brilliancy of the Pan-American Exposition,coupleu with this rare opportunity to visit Niagara Palls, warrant the expectation that the
attendance here will equal, if not exceed the crowds which thronged
the Chi -ago Fair. Undoubtedly, the capacity of Buffalo will be overtaxed to house, the corning multitudes, and, indeed, the adjacent
towns for miles -.-round are preparing to care for the overflow. Hence,
it behooves each visitor to definitely secure his accommodations
in advance.
The Epworth Hotel is now prepared to make suoft arrangements for
a large number of those persona who enjoy the society of the refined,
cultured and moral. We assume, therefore, that you will be glad to
place these facts before your students. We will pay liberally the
one you may recommend to act as our agent to receive the applications
of his fellow-students. To this end, allow me to request that you
icindly make suitable announcement at your next chapel exercises and
advise those interested to call upon you privately for important
information. From this number, instruct the one whom you pefer to
act in the capacity named to write us for terms. An active student
will easily earn his expenses to the Exposition in this manner.
r your kindness in this matter, we will cheerfully allow you
personally free entertainment at our Hotel for five days, providing
the agent you recommend secures 100 guests for our Hotel.
