Dear Sir:—I desire to attend the Academy of Stetson University
the coming session.. I can do this only by obtaining aid from the University. The objects of this letter are to lot you know what aid is needed, and
to request that it be give,n.
By strict economy now, I can save enough to ouy my clothes, books, and
incidentals . Then by caring for a building at Stetson or waiting in the
dining room, preferaoly the former, , my board will be pa-id in part. The a-
mount still due, I will pay 'with borrowed money. What remains, i.e. tui-

tion, is the aid I ask for.
With great hesitancy do I ask you to give me this, because you have
already helped me so much; but hoping that my past record with you shows
that I am worthy of the help, and rpomising that if I receive it, my work
will be among the best in school, I most respectfully request you to make
me a favorable reply, or hand this to some one who can.
