ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Faculty Senate is scheduled to meet on Monday, May 5, 2003, in the Faculty Lounge in the Carlton Union
Building. Senators and invited guests meet for dinner at 6:00 p.m. The meeting begins at 6:45 p.m. and all
faculty members are encouraged to attend.

BACCALAUREATE. The Baccalaureate Service will be held on Saturday, May 10, at 10:00 a.m., in Elizabeth Hall
Chapel. Selected faculty will form at 9:30 a.m. in the hallway of Elizabeth Hall. The Sermon will be delivered by Dr.
Laura Walters Baskett, University Chaplain.
COMMENCEMENT. Commencement Exercises will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the Edmunds Center. The line of march
will form at 1:30 p.m. in front of the Lambda Chi Alpha House on Fraternity Row. Full academic regalia is
requested. The line will move at 1:45 p.m. in order to be seated by 2:00 p.m. In case of rain, the line will form in
the hallway on the first floor, west side of the Edmunds Center. The Line of March is attached elsewhere to this

PRESIDENT'S RECEPTION. The President and Mrs. Lee cordially invite all faculty to attend the President's
Reception for graduates, parents, and friends immediately following Baccalaureate at the Rinker Field House.
