Award
WILLIAM HUGH McENIRY AWARD for EXCELLENCE IN TEACHING
The Faculty Senate of Stetson University invites each student and faculty member to nominate a Stetson
professor for Stetson University's highest teaching award, the William Hugh McEniry Award for Excellence in
Teaching. All full-time teaching faculty on the DeLand Campus are eligible, except for the following recent
recipients: John Pearson, Greg McCann, Phillip Lucas, Robert Sitler, and Terri Witek. Final selection will be
made by a secret Senate committee, and the winner will be announced during Spring Commencement.
Nominations must be received by Tuesday, March 29, 2005 and may be submitted electronically through
Blackboard or mailed in hard copy to the McEniry Nominations Committee, Unit 8398. Paper nomination forms
are available in each academic department and in the Office of Academic Affairs, or they may be downloaded
from http://www.stetson.edu/offices/academicaffairs/mcenirv.pdf.
