ANNOUNCEMENTS
BACCALAUREATE. The baccalaureate service will be held on Sunday, May 12, at 10:00 a.m. in Elizabeth Hall
Chapel. Selected faculty will form at 9:30 a.m. in the hallway of Elizabeth Hall. Brunch will be served at 11:00
a.m. immediately following the ceremony in the Stetson Room for parents, students, and faculty.
COMMENCEMENT. The Commencement Exercise will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Edmunds Center. The line of
march for Commencement will form at 12:45 p.m. in front of the Lambda Chi Alpha House on fraternity row. Full
academic regalia is requested. The line of march will move AT 1:15 P.M. in order to be seated by 1:30 p.m. In
case of rain, the line will form in the hallway on the first floor west side of Edmunds Center.
PRESIDENT'S RECEPTION FOR GRADUATES. All faculty are cordially invited to attend the President's Reception
for graduates and their parents on Saturday, May 11, from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the President's Home.

FINAL GRADES FOR ALL STUDENTS ARE DUE IN THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE BY 9:00 A.M. TUESDAY. MAY 14.
All grades, to include those already given for graduated seniors, are to be recorded on the official grade rolls.
Please hand deliver the rolls to the Registrar's Office. That way we can resolve any problems that may exist.

Live in Elizabeth Hall, May 4, 7:30 p.m.-Saturday evening's performance of The Stetson String and Chamber
Music Program, directed by Routa Kroumovitch, will include the music Haydn, Mendelssohn, Brahms, Mozart, J.S.
Bach, Bartok, and Schubert. Featured will be advanced and beginning string players, ages 7-17, who receive
weekly instruction in string and chamber music. An offering of the Community School of the Arts (formerly
Community School of Music), the program has been expanded this year by a grant from the New York organization,
Amateur Chamber Music Players and the Clinton B. Ford Fund of its ACMP Foundation, and has provided
