REMINDER-duPONT-BALL LIBRARY AMNESTY: Please encourage your students to take advantage of a "duPont-
Ball Library Amnesty" on fines for overdue materials returned between April 19 and 23 inclusive. This amnesty
applies to fines due on materials returned April 19-23 and does noj extend to fines owed on materials previously
returned. Administrative and support staff members are also encouraged to participate. This initiative is in

REMINDER-ATTENTION FACULTY! The Stetson Institute for Social Research has become aware of a research
opportunity for a faculty member (or advanced graduate student) who is proficient at program evaluation. The job
is with the Volusia County School System Full-Service Schools Grant Programs. It requires instrumentation
origination (i.e., development of an instrument to collect data from schools) and evaluation of programs, including
meeting attendance; coordination of data collection; analysis of raw data using SAS, SPSS, or some other social
science statistical analysis program; and report writing. Requires about 250 hours total. START DATE:
Immediately. END DATE: December 1993. SALARY: Negotiable. For more information, contact Diane Everett,

Our faculty woodwind trio, known as Tres Vientos ("Three Winds") will be featured in a Chamber Recital this
Sunday (April 18), at 3:00 p.m. in Elizabeth Hall. Works by FJ. Haydn, Aaron Copland, and Alvin Etter will be
performed, along with some lighter short pieces. The group will be assisted by soprano Lloyd Linney. Members
of Tres Vientos are Jean Rickman, flute; Ann Ward, oboe; and Lynn Cholka, clarinet. From: Jean Rickman
The College of Arts and Sciences faculty will meet on Monday, April 19, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 100 Flagler. The
major item for discussion will be the review of action by the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee and by Graduate
