University Faculty Meeting, Friday, March 30, 2001, in the Stetson Room from 12:00 noon - 1:15 p.m. Dr. Jim
Beasley will present the final draft of the Grievance Policy. A light lunch will be served beginning at 11:45 a.m.

Reception for Retiring Faculty. The Office of Academic Affairs and the College of Arts & Sciences will co-host a
reception on Thursday, May 3, 2001, from 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., to honor faculty retiring from full time

Honors Convocation has been scheduled for Friday, April 27, 2001 at 12:00 noon in Elizabeth Hall. Department
Chairs and selected Program Directors are reminded that the deadline to submit information regarding the

William Hugh McEniry Award for Excellence in Teaching.The Faculty Senate invites faculty to submit nominations
for the William Hugh McEniry Award for Excellence in Teaching. All full-time teaching faculty on the DeLand
campus are eligible for nomination (except for recipients of the award within the past five years). The award
winner, which is selected by a secret committee, will be announced at Spring commencement. All nominations
must be received by Friday, April 6, 2001 and can be mailed to the McEniry Nominations Committee at Campus

Last call for 2000-2001 Bulletins. If you need additional copies of the 2000-2001 Bulletin, please call the
Admissions Department soon to order your copies. All unused 2000-2001 Bulletins will be sent to be recycled
once the new Bulletins come in. The 2001-2002 Bulletins will be arriving in approximately a month.
