The Faculty Senate has asked Dean Mary Napier to speak to the March 10 meeting about issues related to
admissions and enrollment. Because of her recruiting schedule, she will speak at 6:45 p.m. If you would like to

The Ballet Gran Folkl6rico de Mexico will perform at the Edmunds Center on March 15 at 8:00 p.m. Free tickets
are available with a Stetson I.D. at the Edmunds Center Ticket Office. General Admission is $9 and there is a
special price for area students and senior citizens of $5. Please urge your students to attend. This is an exciting

Live in Elizabeth Hall, Tuesday, March 11, 7:30 p.m. —In case you're not around during Spring Break to pick up
your March 7 edition of The Newsletter, here's an early announcement of the recital of soprano Lloyd Linney and
pianist Michael Rickman. Lloyd and Michael will perform several selections from Bach's Cantata No. 51 for
soprano, trumpet, two violins, cello, and organ, and will be joined by Moffatt Williams, Routa Kroumovitch, Alvaro
Gomez, and David Bjella. Lloyd and friends will also perform a setting of seven English poems by 20th-century
American composer Seymour Barab. This work is for high voice, violin, cello, and piano; and the poets include
Shelly, Thomas Moore, and Thackeray. The final two works are "Mignon's Songs" from Goethe's "Wilhelm
Meister" by Robert Schumann, and an aria from Jules Massenet's "Manon."
Live in the Rotunda, Wednesday, March 12, 12:15 p.m. —Don't miss your second opportunity to hear the Stetson
Concert Choir, conducted by Robert Fort, in the rotunda of the County Courthouse. The February concert was sung
to standing-room only. The rotunda of the County Courthouse is even better suited for a cappella singing than the
Administration rotunda of February's concert, and Dr. Fort has taken advantage of the acoustics in choosing the
literature for this exciting and unusual concert. Please invite all of your community friends to drop by the
Courthouse Rotunda before or after lunch, or bring a sandwich and enjoy it and the music at the same time. It
