(F) Students entering Stetson University Law School receive their baccalaureate degree upon
completion of the first year at Stetson University Law School and completion of 120 total credit
hours amassed at Stetson University DeLand Campus and Stetson University Law School.
(G) The Stetson University DeLand Campus Pre-Law Committee will serve as a screening
committee to admit students for eligibility for the program based on their academic performance.
Article II. Obligations of Stetson University DeLand Campus: During the period of this
agreement with Stetson University Law School, Stetson University DeLand Campus will agree to
the following;
(A) The 3-3 Articulation Agreement between Stetson University DeLand Campus and
Stetson University Law School will be publicized among the faculty, staff; and students,
and information about it will be included in recruiting material.
(B) Stetson University DeLand Campus will cooperate with Stetson University Law
School admissions personnel to have conferences with students who are interested in
entering Stetson University Law School.
Article III: Modifications: Any modifications, additions, or deletions from this agreement must
be in writing and signed by both parties. The designated representatives are the Provost of Stetson
University DeLand Campus and the Dean of Stetson University Law School.
Article IV: Term of This Agreement: This agreement shall be continuous from the date first
shown on page one of this agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement the day and year
