FACULTY READING HOUR: This is a final reminder to all faculty members of the Faculty
Reading Hour which will be sponsored by the Department of Communication Studies and
Theatre Arts. The department would like to encourage any faculty interested in
presenting any literary works to participate. For more information, contact Susan

ROTARY SCHOLARSHIPS. The deadline for applications for Rotary Scholarships in April
1, 1990. Scholarships are for the academic year 1991-92. Please encourage
outstanding senior students to make application for these grants. Although most of
the scholarships require a good knowledge of a foreign language, do not forget that
there are quite a number of awards in English speaking countries. Scholarships are
open to al] fields of study. Contact persons: School of Music, Dr. Michael Rickman;

Special Methods Professors and Senior Advisers, please announce to your classes that
all prospective Fall 1990 Student Teachers must attend a 3:00 p.m. informational/
organizational meeting on Wednesday, February 21, or Thursday, February 22, in Room
100, Flagler Hall, where they will receive application forms for placement in the

REMINDER—Print Shop Work Order Forms. When filling out a print shop work order you
must have your new extension number and the person to contact written on the form. It
is very important that this be done to help us save time and expedite your job. Also,
when typesetting is done, we need your extension, contact person, the kind of stock to
be used, how many copies needed, and all other pertinent information to help us
expedite your order. If you would make out a "dummy" sheet of what the job should
look like, it would help us tremendously—your cooperation will be greatly appreciated
