REMINDER FACULTY: Final grade changes for graduation candidates must be in the
Registrar's Office no later than noon TODAY. Please call in the changes to Fat
O'Shea, ext. 593, or hand deliver the second copy of the senior rolls to the
Registrar's Office. NO CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE. We appreciate
your cooperation in this most important matter. Thank you!
FINAL GRADES FOR ALL STUDENTS ARE DUE IN THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE BT 9:00 A.M., TUESDAY,
MAY 17. All grades, to include those already given for graduated seniors, are to be
recorded on the sheets. Please hand deliver the grades to the Registrar's Office.
That way we can resolve any problems that may exist. Please remember to sign the

BACCALAUREATE. NOTE CHANGE OF LOCATION. The baccalaureate service will be held on
Sunday, May 15, at 8:30 a.m. in the First Baptist Church. The faculty line of march
will form at 8:00 a.m. on the south side of the Church under the covered walkway. The
students line will form behind the faculty line. The line will form here rain or
shine.
COMMENCEMENT. The line of march for Commencement will form at 1:30 p.m. in front of
the Lambda Chi Alpha house on fraternity row. Full academic regalia is requested.
This line of march will move not later than 1:45 p.m. in order to be seated by 2:00
p.m. In case of rain the line will form in the hallway on the second floor, west side

Faculty and staff are cordially invited to a reception honoring Anne Hurst, Head of
Circulation Services and Associate Professor, duPont-Ball Library, on the occasion of
her retirement. The reception will be Tuesday, May 17, at 10:00 a.m. in the Faculty
Lounge, Carlton Union Building. Miss Hurst has served the University community

The Coanunity School of Music (ext. 506) is now accepting registrations for summer
classes and lessons. Classes include Orff-Schulwerk, dance for children or teens, and
dance-exercise for adults. Two three-week sessions are scheduled for classes to
