ANNOUNCEMENTS
BACCALAUREATE. The baccalaureate service will be held on Sunday, May 15, at 8:30 a.m. in Elizabeth Hall
Chapel (PLEASE NOTE NEW PLACE). The abbreviated line of march (which will appear in next week's edition of
The Newsletter) will form at 8:00 a.m. in the hallway of Elizabeth Hall. Brunch will be served at 10:00 a.m. in the
Stetson Room for parents, students, and faculty.
COMMENCEMENT. The Commencement Exercise will begin at 1:30 p.m. The line of march for Commencement
will form at 12:45 p.m. in front of the Lambda Chi Alpha House on fraternity row. Full academic regalia is
requested. The line of march will move not later than 1:15 p.m. in order to be seated by 1:30 p.m. In case of
rain, the line will form in the hallway on the second floor south side of Edmunds Center.

ATTENTION FACULTY: Final grade changes for graduation candidates must be in the Registrar's Office no later
than noon. May 13. Please call in the changes to Sandra Ruscoe at ext. 7142, or hand deliver the second copy
of the senior rolls to the Registrar's Office. NO CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE,
appreciate your cooperation in this most important matter.

FINAL GRADES FOR ALL STUDENTS ARE DUE IN THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE BY 9:00 A.M. TUESDAY, MAY 17.
All grades, to include those already given for graduated seniors, are to be recorded on the official grade rolls.
Please hand deliver the rolls to the Registrar's Office. That way we can resolve any problems that may exist.
