REMINDER-GRADE ROLLS. Last week grade rolls for graduation candidates were distributed to faculty members.
Predicted final grades are to be entered for each graduating senior and masters candidate, and the rolls signed and
returned to the Registrar's Office TODAY 9:00 a.m., Friday, April 28. It is important that these grades be as
accurate as possible because they will be used to determine if all degree requirements have been completed. If
after the evaluation of final exams, a final grade differs from the predicted grade, this office must be notified
immediately at ext. 7142. Adjustments in FINAL GRADES FOR GRADUATES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 12

The discussion group on religious/political social movements will meet today. Friday. April 28. at noon in Room
314 Elizabeth Hall. We will have a round-table discussion on hate groups. If you have any questions, you may

VISIT OF RUSSIAN COSMONAUT. On Friday (April 28) Stetson will be visited by a very interesting guest. He is
a former student and teacher of the most prestigious Physics Institute of the Soviet Union. He holds the Guiness
record for number of walks in space (ten) as a Russian cosmonaut. He is Alexander A. Serebrov. His visit to
Stetson is sponsored by the department of teacher education. The Russian studies program will host Dr. Serebrov
at an informal discussion and reception at the Russian Studies Center on Friday, April 28, at 3:30 p.m. What will
be discussed will depend on the interests of those who show up, but topics could include the state of Physics in
contemporary Russia, the prospects for cooperation in space exploration between US and Russia, education and
youth culture in Russia, or life in a society struggling to find its way to political and economic health. All interested

CAMPUS-WIDE STAFF RECOGNITION BREAKFAST. The sixth annual staff recognition breakfast will be held on
Tuesday, May 2, in the Stetson Room of the Carlton Union Building. For the convenience of those who wish to
arrive early, serving will begin at 7:30 a.m. The program will begin around 8:00 a.m. This event is to recognize
members of the Stetson community for their length and quality of service, and to reaffirm our commitment to each
other and to our students. Arrangements may be made for University offices to be closed until 9:00 a.m. on the
2nd. We invite all administrative and support staff to attend this recognition event and welcome faculty

The Faculty Senate will meet at 6:30 p.m., Monday, May 1, in the Faculty Lounge of the Carlton Union Building.
Senators who have made dinner reservations-dinner will be at 5:45 p.m. this meeting only in the Private Dining
