ANNOUNCEMENTS
REMINDER-CAMPUS-WIDE STAFF MEETING-Tuesday, January 25,1994. The second campus-wide meeting for
the 1993-94 academic year for administrators and staff will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 1994, at 7:30 a.m.
to 9:00 a.m. in the Stetson Room of the Carlton Union Building. University offices will be closed from 8:00 - 9:00
a.m. to permit attendance. We will have "coffee and conversation" along with donuts starting at 7:30 a.m. All
administrators and staff are asked to attend. Faculty are also welcome. I look forward to seeing you there.

LEADERSHIP MINOR. Faculty interested in co-listing their Fall, 1994 courses under the Leadership Minor should
contact Bill Jens, ext. 7363. From: Bill Jens, Coordinator, Hollis Leadership Program
CLAST. Florida law requires that all residents of the State attending independent colleges and universities and who
receive any financial aid from the State must take the College Level Academic Skills Test (CLAST) prior to the end
of their sophomore year, specifically by the end of the semester in which they would earn sixty (60) academic
credit hours. The CLAST will be administered at Stetson on Saturday, February 19, 1994. Students must register
by January 21, 1994. If you are aware of any of your students who will be participating in any University
sponsored functions on this test date, a written notice stating the students' names and reason for their absence
must be sent to the Campus Life Office, Box 8357, one week prior to the test date. The student must arrange
to take the CLAST on the make-up date by coming to the Campus Life Office, room 201, CUB.

1:15 p.m. 1:15 - 3:15 p.m.
Classes that meet at other than the official class times listed above should have their final exam at their regular
class meeting time on Wednesday, January 26. See your professor for details. NO deviation from this exam
schedule may be made without prior approval from the Dean of the School/College in which the course is being
