Jonathan Williams will be the featured poet at the Eleventh Annual
Stetson Poetry Symposium on Monday and Tuesday, April 8 and 9. At
8 p.m. on Monday he will give a slide presentation on American
Literature; on Tuesday he will give a reading of some of his own
poems. Also, on Tuesday afternoon from 2-4 p.m. he will conduct a
poetry workshop in room 204-205 of the CUB. This event is sponsored
by the Artists and Lecturers Committee and the English Department.

Dr. David Marcell, Provost and Academic Vice President of Skidmore
College and a 1958 alumnus of Stetson University, will give a lecture
in Elizabeth Hall auditorium on Thursday, April 11 at 8:00 p.m. His
lecture is entitled, "But Nobody Drowned at Watergate."
