REMINDER-McEniry Award for Teaching Excellence: Faculty are encouraged to submit nominations for the 1993
McEniry Awards. Information and forms are being distributed through campus mail. Another opportunity for
faculty and students to submit nominations will be Wednesday, April 7, at the Stetson Kiosk. Deadline for

On Thursday, April 8, the Artists and Lecturers Committee is sponsoring a talk by Dr. Richard A. Seigel of
Southeastern Louisiana University on "Conservation Biology of Reptiles and Amphibians." His lecture will be at
7:00 p.m. in Room 5L, duPont-Ball Library. Thanks for your help in publicizing this talk. From: Peter May
Collegial Seminar of the College of Arts and Sciences will have its third joint meeting with Bethune-Cookman
faculty on April 15 at 6:00 p.m. in the Private Dining Room. The presentation, by Dr. Ann Jerome Croce, will
be titled "'Your Home's Velvet Robe': Gardening Manuals and the Construction of Gender and Class in
Nineteenth-century America." The joint seminars are intended to promote communication between the two
schools and the first two meetings have been enjoyed by the participants. The BCC faculty will be our guests;
Stetson faculty are asked to pay $4 each for their dinners. Please make a reservation by calling the department

Join former students as they return to campus for Reunion Weekend 1993! See familiar faces and catch up on
old times. The classes of '43, '48, '53, '58, '63, '68, '73, '78, '83, and '88, will return to campus on April
16-18. All faculty and staff are invited to join in the fun at Convocation on Saturday morning (April 17) at 10:30
in the Chapel when all classes will present skits and songs. Everyone is also invited to the President's Reception
