ANNOUNCEMENTS
PLEASE NOTE: The Winter Term speaker that was scheduled for
Thursday, January 23, has been cancelled. Would you so inform your
classes. Please announce also that there are excellent Winter Term
Programs scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, January 20, 21,
and 22 at 8:00 p.m. in Elizabeth Hall Auditorium.

The Stetson University Credit Union will hold its annual membership
meeting on Tuesday, February 11, at 12:00 noon in the Stetson Room of
the Carlton Union Building. A light lunch will be provided
compliments of the Credit Union. Reports will be heard from the
Board of Directors, the Credit Committee, and Supervisory Committee.
Election of two directors and one member on each of the two committees
will follow a report from the Nominating Committee (Drs. Ted Beiler,
Bryan Gillespie, and Mrs. Maggie Dobson). We hope to see all members
and prospective members there!

We have had several reports from professors who have reported to
Security that books have been taken from their offices. This is a
request from the Security Department for you to lock your office door
whenever you leave. Help us protect your valuables. Thank you.

Faculty/staff and student free tickets for the February 11 basketball
games at the Ocean Center at Daytona Beach must be picked up by 4:30
p.m. on Friday, February 7. from the ticket office in the Edmunds
Center. After that date, free tickets will not be available. An ID
for each free ticket will be required. The Lady Hatters play the
University of Central Florida at 5:15 p.m. and the men play Duke
University at 8:00 p.m. Call ext. 534 for further information.
