FINAL GRADES FOR WINTER TERM ARE DUE IN THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE BY 9:00 A.M. FRIDAY,
FEBRUARY 7TH. Please do not forget to sign the rolls and hand deliver them if at all
possible to the Registrar's Office—then we can resolve any problems that may exist. When
signing the roll please do not extend your signature into the grade portion of the form.
The machine will reject the form and it will not be scanned.
Faculty are reminded that the Registrar's Office has converted to optically scanned grade
rolls. Because the forms must pass through a machine to be read, they cannot be folded,
stapled or mutilated in any way. Only a #2 pencil may be used. Errant marking of the
form will also cause it to be rejected. If you need to make any corrections or notations,
please do all writing on the back of the class roll form. We also request that you pay
particular attention to the instructions on the form so that we may minimize errors.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
