REMINDER—FACULTY AND STAFF this is your one-time opportunity to have your photo taken

Guest Lecture: Professor Patrick Dolan of the Department of Mathematics, Imperial
College, London, will present a talk entitled: "On Modern General Relativity," on
Wednesday, February 19, 4:00 p.m., 205 Elizabeth Hall. All are invited to attend.

The Russian studies program will sponsor a poetry reading by one of the most respected
emigre Russian poets of the twentieth century. Igor Chinnov, professor emeritus at
Vanderbilt University, current resident of Daytona Beach, and a long-time associate of
Serge Zenkovsky, who established Russian studies at Stetson, will read his poetry at 4:00
p.m. on Thursday, February 20, in the Duncan Gallery of Art. After 40 years away from
his native land, last fall Chinnov returned by special invitation to Russia to read his
poetry before audiences in Moscow and St. Petersburg. This chamber performance is
intended as a well-deserved honor to a friend of Stetson; Igor Chinnov honors Stetson by

1993-94 academic year (deadline April 1, 1992) on Thursday, February 20, 4:00 p.m. in
Elizabeth Hall, Room 1. Please encourage all interested students to attend.

There will be a meeting of the College of Arts and Sciences Faculty on Monday, March 2,
at 10:00 a.m., in Room 100 Flagler Hall. Mark Young will bring the faculty up-to-date
on the Pilot Project. There will be a general discussion of the future of Winter Term
