ANNOUNCEMENTS
REMINDER: The Biology Department is holding its formal dedication of
the Greenhouse at Sage Hall, Thursday, March 1st at 2:00 p.m. on the
south side of Sage Hall. All interested faculty, administration and
students are invited to attend.
The duPont-Ball Library staff cordially invites faculty and staff to
attend a reception honoring Joe Myers on the occasion of his retirement
from Stetson on Friday, March 2, at 10:00 a.m. in the Faculty Lounge,

The Raintree Foundation in cooperation with Stetson University and other
area universities is sponsoring a day long symposium on February 29th.
The subject of the seminar is "Human Values: 1984 and Beyond." It
will be held at the Hilton Hotel on Daytona Beach beginning at 9:00 a.m.
and continuing through the evening. The seminar is free of charge except
for meals for which reservations are required. Several Stetson faculty
members will be speakers and participants. Faculty, staff and students
are encouraged to attend. All faculty members have been supplied with
brochures and registration forms. Further information is available from
Dean Nylen in the School of Business. From: Dean David W. Nylen
Arnold Howell, CPA, lecturer and speaker throughout the United States
on accounting and tax matters, will speak on March 8th at 7:30 p.m. in
the Davis Hall Auditorium on the topic "Winners Make Things Happen."
