WINTER TERM CHAPEL HOUR: Please note that during the Winter Term, the Chapel time

The second More-Effective-Writing workshop entitled "Tools of the Craft: Writing and
Teaching Writing" will be conducted by Mike Raymond on Tuesday, January 17, 1989, at
4:00 p.m. in room 206 Elizabeth Hall. Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. in the
Stetson Room. Sponsored jointly by the Professional Development Committee and the
Writing-Across-the-Curriculum Committee, this is the second in a series of four
"hands-on" workshops directed toward improving the writing abilities of Stetson
students. Please attend this workshop even though you were unable to attend the first
one. For dinner reservations, please call the Political Science office, extension
349, or write to campus box 8302.

The January Red Cross Blood Drive at Stetson will be held on Thursday, January 19,
1989, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The collection center will be in the Student
Lounge of the Carlton Union Building. Please support the Blood Drive by donating
blood and by encouraging others to donate.
