PRESIDENT'S RECEPTION. All faculty and spouses are invited to the President's
reception honoring graduates on Saturday, May 19, at 6:30 p.m. to be held in the
President's garden. In case of inclement weather, it will be held in the Stetson Room
of the Carlton Union Building.
COMMENCEMENT RECITAL. Saturday, May 19, at 8:00 p.m. in Elizabeth Hall Auditorium by
selected graduating seniors.
BACCALAUREATE. The baccalaureate service will be held on Sunday, May 20, at 8:30 a.m.
in the First Baptist Church. The faculty line of march will form at 8:00 a.m. on the
north side of the Church (Oakdale Avenue side) under the covered walkway. The
students line will form on the south side (Edmunds Center side) under the covered
walkway. Faculty are asked not to park in the First Baptist Church parking lot but
rather in the wooded area west of Edmunds Center. Brunch will be served at 10:00 a.m.
in the Stetson Room for parents, students, and faculty.
COMMENCEMENT. Please note the new time for Commencement is 1:30 p.a. The line of
march for Commencement will form at 1:00 p.m. in front of the Lambda Chi Alpha house
on fraternity row. Full academic regalia is requested. This line of march will move
not later than 1:15 p.m. in order to be seated by 1:30 p.m. In case of rain, the line
will form in the hallway on the second floor south side of Edmunds Center.

As of June 1, 1990, Computer Typesetting will become a part of the Public Relations
Department. The operation will remain in the same location, the Music Rehearsal Hall.
Beginning June 1, please bring all jobs to the Public Relations Office, 516 North
Woodland Boulevard (next to Allen Hall). New procedures will be distributed and
posted by June 4. If you have questions, call Jill Woods, ext. 8920, Public Relations
