REVISED NOTICE TO FLORIDA HEALTH CARE MEMBERS: Effective March 18, 1985,
the co-payment for utilizing Humana Hospital's Emergency Room for medical
emergencies during the hours that FHCP's Emergency Room is closed will be
$5.00, not $50.00 as stated in the previous notice. Five dollars is the
same charge for using FHCP's Emergency Room. From: Insurance Department
The College of Law invites interested faculty and students to attend the
second annual presentation in the Distinguished Scholars' Lecture Series,
Monday and Tuesday, March 25 and 26 in the Great Hall on the St. Petersburg
campus. The subject of the series is "Arbitrariness, Discrimination,
and Error in Capital Sentencing: A Challenge to State Supreme Courts."
Monday's speaker will be Professor David Baldus of the University of
Iowa, author of numerous articles on capital punishment. Tuesday's
program will be a panel composed of Raymond L. Marky, Esq., Assistant
Attorney General of Florida; Dennis Blaske, Esq., Legal Director of the
Southern Poverty Law Center; Niel Skene, Esq., Editor of The Evening
Independent, in St. Petersburg; and Professor Baldus. Please direct any
