Karen Haas ('86), daughter of Ms. Shirley Haas, Administrative Assistant in Sports Information, has learned that she is facing thirty-two
weeks of treatment for cancer. Ms. Haas, who is taking a year's leave
of absence, requests the prayers of the university community. The
family may be contacted at 1703 Old Daytona (32724), telephone 736-

Senior grade rolls have been distributed to faculty members. Predicted
final grades are to be entered for each graduating senior and master's
candidate, and the rolls signed and returned to the Registrar's office
by 9:00 a.m., Friday, May 1. It is important that these grades be as
accurate as possible because they will be used to determine if all degree requirements have been completed. If after the evaluation of
final exams, a final grade differs from the predicted grade, this
office must be notified immediately at ext. 593. FINAL GRADES FOR
GRADUATES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER NOON ON MAY 15.
