ANNOUNCEMENTS
NOTICE TO ALL FACULTY - BACCALAUREATE AND COMMENCEMENT - MAY 19
The faculty line of march for baccalaureate will form at 8:00 a.m. at
the southwest corner of Edmunds Center. The commencement line of
march for faculty will form at 1:15 p.m. on the south side of
fraternity row in front of the Delta Sigma Phi house (a new location
this year). The commencement line will move at approximately 1:45
p.m. in order for all to be seated by 2:00 p.m. I_n case of rain, the
commencement line will form inside Edmunds Center (ground level, west
side). All marching faculty should be in full academic regalia for

NOTICE TO DEPARTMENT HEADS: Effective June 1, 1985, when heating or
air conditioning is needed for an event, please use the new "HVAC
Request Forms." They are available in the Physical Plant office or
Rodney Ellis' office. This new form will allow Physical Plant staff
to schedule equipment operation without the necessity for telephone
calls to define the specifics of "air conditioning or heating needed."

PRINT SHOP OPERATING SCHEDULE REMINDER: The University Print Shop
will be closed for vacation from Monday, May 20, through Friday,
May 31. Your cooperation in anticipating your requirments for the
vacation period will be helpful and much appreciated.
