FINAL REMINDER: Budget supervisors should keep in mind that 1988-89 budget
requisitions are to be fully completed and in the Purchasing Department by the close

appropriate approvals prior to that time. In the unusual circumstance of any related
necessary budget transfers to fund an order, such documentation must be fully approved
and in the office of the Comptroller by Monday, April 10. Thank you for not
requesting any exceptions, in order that we may adhere to a predetermined audit
schedule.
From: Mr. H. Graves Edmondson, Vice President for Business and Finance

Faculty are encouraged to mention the McEniry process in their classes and to suggest
that students make appropriate nominations. From: Dr. Nick Maddox, McEniry Committee
