ANNOUNCEMENTS
TO ALL FACULTY: As you make your summer plans, please keep in mind the
annual pre-school planning session scheduled for Friday, August 28,
1987, just prior to the official opening of the university. A more
specific announcement will be made in the summer.

GRADUATION WEEKEND ACTIVITIES
President's reception: All faculty and spouses are invited to the
President's reception honoring graduates on Saturday, May 16, from 6:30
p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to be held in the President's garden.
Baccalaureate: The faculty line of march for baccalaureate will form
at 8:00 a.m. at the southwest corner of Edmunds Center on Sunday, May
17. Full academic regalia is requested. The line will move not later
than 8:15 a.m.
Commencement: The line of march for commencement will form at 1:30
p.m. in front of the Lambda Chi Alpha house on fraternity row. Full
academic regalia is requested. This line of march will move not later
than 1:45 p.m. in order to be seated by 2:00 p.m.
In case of rain, both baccalaureate and commencement lines will form in
hallway on the second floor, west side of Edmunds Center.
