ANNOUNCEMENTS
The following modified schedule will be observed on Thursday, February 4, 1988, so
that students and faculty may attend the spring lectures on Christian Theology:
8:00 a.m. classes will meet from 8:00 to 8:50 a.m.
9:30 a.m. classes will meet from 9:00 to 9:50 a.m.
All other classes will meet as regularly scheduled.

The next meeting of the Faculty Senate will be on Monday, February 8, at 6:45 p.m. in
the Private Dining Room of the Carlton Union Building. All faculty members are
invited to attend. If anyone who is not a member of the Senate who would like to have
dinner (costing $3.50) with the Senate beforehand, at 6:00 p.m., he or she may make a
reservation by calling Ellen Smith, ext. 278, or by leaving a message in the English
Department office, ext. 273. Deadline for dinner reservations is Friday, February 5.

Mrs. George Bush, wife of the Vice President, will visit the campus Wednesday,
February 3 under the sponsorship of Stetson Campus Republicans. A barbecue for the
Stetson community is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. in the Forest of Arden (Edmunds Center
