INFORMATION CONCERNING COMMENCEMENT. ALL FACULTY PLEASE NOTE:
Baccalaureate: The baccalaureate service will be held in the
Edmunds Center at 8:30 a.m., Sunday, May 15. The platform party
will assemble in the President's Lounge in Edmunds Center at
8:10 a.m. The faculty line-of-march will form at 8:00 a.m.
in the corridor of Edmunds Center.
Commencement: The graduation exercises will take place at
2:00 p.m., on Sunday, May 15, in the Edmunds Center. The platform
party will assemble for commencement in the lobby of Emily Hall
at 1:30 p.m. The faculty line-of-march will form in the rear
of Emily Hall at 1:30 p.m.
All faculty members are expected to attend both services in
full academic regalia unless officially excused. Thank you.

Please note: In last week's Faculty Bulletin it was erroneously
report that the President's Reception would be held in the
President's Home. Please note that it should read the President's
Reception will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the President's Garden.

SUMMER OFFICE HOURS: Once again during the summer season, the
University administrative office hours will be adjusted. As
is our longstanding practice, the clerical force schedule will
be reduced to 35 hours. Offices will be open for service Monday-
Friday from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00. The summer schedule
will be observed from. Monday, May 16, through Friday, August 26.
Administrative staff personnel will maintain standard hours
until 4:30. You may. also wish to note the two national holidays
which will be observed during the summer season: Memorial Day,
