BUILDING TEMPERATURES: Federal regulations on temperature controls in
public buildings have been withdrawn. However, as has been our practice, the University continues to observe the 78 cooling standard
(within the limits of its building systems controls). Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.

SUMMER BUILDING SERVICES: Please prepare for usual early closing of
buildings for security reasons after the students leave. Air conditioning schedules will also be adjusted. Housekeeping services will
be consolidated to allow for seasonal major cleanings and daily
office service will be annulled for the summer.

SUMMER OFFICE HOURS: Once again during the summer season, the University
administrative office hours will be adjusted. As is our longstanding
practice, the clerical force work schedule will be reduced to 35 hours.
Offices will be open for service Monday-Friday from 8:00-12:00 and
1:00-4:00. The summer schedule will be observed from Monday, May 16
through Friday, August 26. Administrative staff personnel will
maintain standard hours until 4:30. You may also wish to note the two
national holidays which will be observed during the summer season:
Memorial Day, Monday, May 30, and Independence Day, Monday, July 4.

FINAL GRADE ROLLS
Faculty members are reminded that senior grade rolls will be distributed on April 25. Predicted final grades must be entered for each
graduating senior and masters candidate and the rolls returned to
the registrar's office as soon thereafter as possible but no later than
9 a.m. on April 29.
It is important that these grades be as accurate as possible because they will be used to determine if all degree requirements have
been completed.
