Baccalaureate and Commencement
INFORMATION CONCERNING COMMENCEMENT.
ALL FACULTY PLEASE NOTE:
Baccalaureate: The baccalaureate service will be held in the
Edmunds Center at 8:30 a.m., Sunday, May 15. The platform
party will assemble in the President's Lounge in Edmunds Center
at 8:10 a.m. The faculty line-of-march will form at 8:00 a.m.
in the corridor of Edmunds Center.
Commencement: The graduation exercises will take place at 2:00 p.m,
on Sunday, May 15, in the Edmunds Center. The platform party will
assemble for commencement in the lobby of Emily Hall at 1:30 p.m.
The faculty line-of-march will form in the rear of Emily Hall
at 1:30 p.m.
All faculty members are expected to attend both services in full
academic regalia unless oficially excused. Thank you.

All faculty and staff are cordially invited to attend the Graduation
weekend festivities on Saturday, May 14. The President's Reception
to honor graduating students and parents will begin at 7:00 p.m.
in the President's Home, followed by a Commencement Recital at
8:30 p.m. in Elizabeth Hall Auditorium.

SUMMER OFFICE HOURS: Once again during the summer season, the
University administrative office hours will be adjusted. As is
our longstanding practice, the clerical force work schedule will
be reduced to 35 hours. Offices will be open for service Monday
to Friday from 8:00 - 12:00 and 1:00 - 4:00. The summer schedule
will be observed from Monday, May 16 through Friday, August 26.
