The Faculty Senate will meet on Monday, May 12, at 6:45 p.m. in the
Private Dining Room of the Carlton Union Building. All faculty are
welcome to attend. Anyone desiring a dinner reservation for 6:00 p.m.

All faculty members are invited to hear a presentation by Mr. Dale
Sprankle, campus planner, Friday, May 16, in Davis Hall Auditorium at
9:00 a.m. Mr. Sprankle will review the plan which he has prepared for
the Trustees which seeks to solve some of the major long-range

NOTICE TO ALL FACULTY - BACCALAUREATE AND COMMENCEMENT - MAY 18
The faculty line of march for baccalaureate will form at 8:00 a.m. at
the southwest corner of Edmunds Center. The commencement line of
march will form at 1:30 p.m. in front of the Lambda Chi Alpha house on
fraternity row. The commencement line will move at approximately 1:45
p.m. in order for all to be seated by 2:00 p.m. In case of rain, the
commencement line will form inside Edmunds Center (ground level, west
side). All marching faculty should be in full academic regalia for

All faculty and staff are invited to a reception honoring Provost
Denton Coker on the occasion of his retirement. This reception will
be held on Tuesday, May 20, from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the Faculty
