ANNOUNCEMENTS
Trustee Arthur Morris died on January 14, 1985. Memorial services were
held in Jacksonville on January 16, and funeral services were in Severna
Park, Maryland, on January 17. Mr. Morris had served on the Board of
Trustees since February 1955. His service to the University was invaluable. He supported Stetson consistently with his financial resources, and he gave of his time and wisdom unselfishly. At the time of
his death, he was serving on the Investments Committee, Development
Committee, and the Board of Overseers of the College of Law. Stetson is
much the poorer as a result of this loss. He will be remembered as a
significant figure in the history of. the University.

Residential Life, the Physical Education Department, and the Health
Service of Stetson University are sponsoring "Body Talk," a wellness
emphasis week from January 21 - 25th, which will be open to all staff,
students, and faculty. We invite you to participate in all the activities scheduled including the health bus testing and assessment on
Tuesday and Thursday. Please bring or wear appropriate clothing such
as pants, sweatsuit or shorts if you wish to complete the flexibility

The Russian Studies Program and the Continuing Education Division will
sponsor a study-tour in the Soviet Union in July and August of 1985.
This trip offers two weeks in cities of the European part of the Soviet
Union, followed by an optional extension of one week travelling all the
way across Siberia in both directions, including three days and nights on,
