The Faculty Senate will meet in regular session on April 6 at 6:45 p.m. in the Private
Dining Room of the CUB. All faculty members are invited to attend. Dinner, for
Senators holding reservations, will be served at 6:00 p.m.
The Stetson Spring Blood Drive will take place on Monday and Tuesday, April 5-6, from
noon until 6:00 p.m. on Monday and from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the
Stetson Room of the CUB. Student co-chairmen are Linda Hedgepeth, Delta Delta Delta
Sorority and Robert Hoelscher, ROTC. To avoid long lines, make an appointment by
calling extension 215.
The School of Music will present its third annual Twentieth-Century Music Festival
April 6-10. The guests for the Festival will be CONTINUUM: The Performers' Committee
for Twentieth-Century Music. The members of a group, a pianist/conductor, a soprano,
and a flutist, will be in-residence on the Stetson campus Thursday, Friday and Saturday, conducting master classes, discussions, open rehearsals, and a concert on Saturday
evening. A schedule of events will be sent to faculty and administrators. For more

This week the Student Assembly is taking nominations from students and faculty members
for a graduating senior to speak at this year's graduation exercises. They ask that
it be someone who has been an outstanding leader, has had previous public speaking
experience, and who has a 2.5 grade point average or better. If you have someone to
nominate, please inform Georganne DeLaughter, Campus Box 13.
The Professional Development committee will sponsor a repeat of the Income Management
seminar conducted by Genevieve Evans, on April 14, at 4:30 p.m. in the Faculty Lounge.
