THE UNIVERSITY FACULTY MEETING SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20. 2006, HAS BEEN CANCELED.
The Council of Deans and Faculty Senate Exec encourage faculty to continue discussions on the University
vision, which will be addressed again at a University faculty meeting next spring. Minutes to the September 15
meeting are attached elsewhere to this edition of The Newsletter. Notes compiled from the table discussions at
the "Vision" brainstorming session held during the September 15 meeting are posted on Blackboard and are also
available from the Office of Academic Affairs.
