ANNOUNCEMENTS
2008 FALL COMMENCEMENT INFORMATION.
In commemoration of our 125th Anniversary, a special fall baccalaureate will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday,
December 12. in Elizabeth Hall Chapel. Faculty will form their line of march at 6:30 p.m. in the Elizabeth Hall corridor.
University Chaplain Michael Frank will deliver the sermon. A reception will follow at the President's House.
Commencement for candidates of both baccalaureate and graduate degrees will be held on Saturday. December 13. at
10:00 a.m. in the Edmunds Center. The faculty line of march will form at 9:30 a.m. in Fraternity Row, east of the
Edmunds Center (rain plan lower west corridor). Dr. Mike King, Professor of Biology and recipient of the 2008 McEniry
Award, will give the commencement address. Senior speakers are Abigail Mamalakis (BA) and Corey Suter (BS). A
reception will be held in the Rinker Field House after the ceremony.
Full regalia is required for baccalaureate and commencement. The Line of March is posted to

JANUARY UNIVERSITY FACULTY MEETING RESCHEDULED. The University faculty meeting scheduled for January
23, 2009, has been rescheduled to Friday, January 30, 2009, and it will be held in Allen Hall, not the Stetson Room.
