MINUTES OF THE FACULTY SENATE MEETING HELD OCTOBER 1, 2007. are attached elsewhere to this edition of
The Newsletter. The next Senate meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 3, in the Faculty Lounge in the
Carlton Union Building. Senators and invited guests meet for dinner at 6:00 p.m. The meeting begins at 6:45 p.m.
and all faculty members are encouraged to attend.

Commencement for graduate students is Friday, December 14, at 7:00 p.m. and the undergraduate ceremony is
Saturday, December 15, at 9:00 a.m. Both ceremonies will be held in the Edmunds Center.
