COMMENCEMENT - Edmunds Center
INFORMATION CONCERNING COMMENCEMENT. ALL FACULTY PLEASE NOTE.
BACCALAUREATE. The baccalaureate service will be held in Edmunds Center at 8:30 A.M.,
Sunday, May 18. The platform party will assemble in the President's
Lounge in Edmunds Center at 8:10 A.M. The faculty line-of-march will
form at 8:00 A.M. in the corridor of Edmunds Center.
COMMENCEMENT. The graduation exercises will take place at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday,
May 18, in Edmunds Center. THE PLATFORM PARTY WILL ASSEMBLE FOR
COMMENCEMENT IN THE LOBBY OF EMILY HALL AT 1:30 P.M. THE FACULTY
LINE-OF-MARCH WILL FORM IN THE REAR OF EMILY HALL AT 1:30 P.M.
All faculty members are expected to attend in full academic regalia
unless officially excused. Thank you.

NOTICE: ALL LIBERAL ARTS FACULTY MEMBERS
There will be a Liberal Arts faculty meeting at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 13, in the
auditorium of Davis Hall. The subjects to be discussed have been distributed for

GRADES FOR CANDIDATES FOR DEGREES, MAY 18, must be in the Registrar's Office by 4:30,
Wednesday, May 14, in order to be cleared for the printers by Thursday afternoon.
To record these grades, please use the appropriate copy of the class roster you have
received in the mail.
Senior grades should be recorded on the special roster marked "Sr" in red ink in the
upper righthand corner.
Regular grades should be recorded on the remaining roster according to the instructions
included on the memo that accompanied the rosters in the mail.
