PURCHASE ORDERS: Please keep in mind that as the fiscal and academic year
draws to a close processing of purchase orders chargeable against the
closing fiscal year will need to begin shortly. Please arrange to have
your requisitions approved and in the hands of Purchasing Agent, Everette
Johnson, by the close of business of Friday, April 11. Thank you for your

UNIVERSITY FACILITIES DURING SPRING BREAK: It is the practice of the
University to keep each of its buildings and facilities closed to the
maximum degree possible, consistent with its own internal needs and requirements. Individual building schedules will be established with users
and occupants. No permission should be given to any outside groups or
individuals for the use of any University facilities without written
approval from the Office of the Vice-President for Finance.

Please add the following courses to your summer school schedules and alert
your students regarding them: PY 201 Introduction to Philosophy M-F 11:20,
PY 204 Introduction to Logic M-F 9:10.
NOTE TO ADVISORS: As plans are made for pre-registration on April 15,16,17
students should be advised that the question of credit for self-enrichment
courses is under review. Thus, they should not plan their schedules
anticipating credit for self-enrichment courses.

During the period Feb. 20-23, 1980, Kemper Smith, Director of Residential
Life and Mary Edna Walls, Asst. Director of Residential Life, attended
the 1980 Southeastern Association of Housing Officers' Conference (SEAHO),
which was held in New Orleans, Louisiana. The conference covered pertinent
concerns of housing officers such as student development, staffing training,
auxiliary enterprises and energy conversation. Kemper Smith was elected
by the Florida housing directors as the SEAHO State Chairman for Florida.
