Because of financial exigency, faculty members and University staff members
are being asked to purchase tickets for the Summer Orchestral Institute concerts.
Tickets are available either at the box offices of Edmunds Center and Peabody
Auditorium or through the Music School Office.
Miss Carolyn Dial has joined the staff of the duPont-Ball Library as Audio-
Visual Coordinator to replace Mr. William Decker.
Please contact Miss Dial at the Audio-Visual Office, Ext. 453, or the Library
Office, Ext. 442, if she can be of assistance. ___
Assuming duties in the duPont-Ball Library as Documents-Reference Librarian
i_ Mr. Sims Kline. Mr. Kline was acting Assistant Librarian at the University
_of North Carolina at Asheville last year.
The University Health Service has arranged to have the Health Department's Mobile
Unit come to Stetson August 2, 1976 for cardiac screening of staff and faculty.
We have arranged for only one day, but if the response if good, we will set up
other dates. Contact Mrs. J. Hess, Ext. 217 for further information.
WATS Reminder: Heavy demand for use of the WATS line requires each of us to
remember that others are usually waiting. It will be appreciated if calls can be
limited to no more than 5 minutes each; if a longer conversation is anticipated,
the operator should be so advised as the call is being placed. When other calls
are waiting the operator is instructed to remind us when the 5 minute period is
exceeded. Thank you for your understanding cooperation.
