IMPORTANT NOTICE: There will be a faculty meeting of the College of Liberal Arts
at 7:00 p.m. in Davis Hall on February 22. The discussion will center around the drop
dates. Please be present to register your opinion and your vote.
The Faculty Senate Committee on Honorary Degrees is currently considering possible
nominations for Commencement 1977. Any member of the faculty or administration
interested in submitting nominations should send the appropriate information to Box
1266 as soon as possible.
The cost of supplying the Faculty Lounge with coffee and tea is currently about fifty
dollars per month; receipts from users are about ten dollars per month. Since funds
are not available to sustain such losses, the Senate has voted to discontinue the supplies.
After February 11, hot water and cups will be furnished in the Lounge, but not coffee,
tea, etc.

Purchase orders are required before Stetson University is obligated for payment. Legal
notices have been mailed to all merchants. Detailed instructions have been mailed to
all budget supervisors. The purchase order system will be indiscriminately enforced.
There will be a Faculty Recital by Frances Buxton (violin) and Roger Cushman(piano)
in Elizabeth Hall on Tuesday, February 15 at 8:00 p.m.
