REMINDER: The first faculty meeting of the 1976-77 academic year will be Monday, September
6, at 9:00 a.m. in Davis Hall.
Commencement will be held in the Edmunds Center on Sunday, May 16. The baccalaureate service will be at 10:00 a.m. and the graduation ceremony at 2:00 p.m. The faculty line-of-
march will form at 9:30 a.m. and again at 1:30 p.m. in the inside corridor of the west side
of the Edmunds Center. All faculty members are expected to attend, in full regalia, unless
officially excused.

The following students were absent from classes on April 27th, May 5th, and May 7th being
involved with a production of THE MASTER CAT which the Theatre Department toured to some
of the schools.
Phillipe Garmy, Steve Wedan, Randy Griffiths, D. J. Staub, Rhonda Reynolds, Terry Scallan,
Joe Stephenson, John Clark and Valerie Sherman.
Miss Kathy Kern was absent from classes April 15 and 16 in order to compete in the National
AAU Judo Championship in Baltimore, Maryland.
Mr. Richard Feasel's compositions "Proclamation and Reaction" and "Call to Praise" have
been selected for use in the thirteen week series sponsored by the Florida Committee for
the Bicentennial Parade of American Music. Congratulations are in order.
During the interim between the spring semester and summer session all campus facilities
will be closed or operated on adjusted and greatly reduced schedules. Your general planning should assume that only those buildings with administrative offices will be open during office hours and that all other areas of the University will be closed. Regular custodial services will not be provided and those personnel will be reassigned for general
spring cleaning.
