There will be a meeting of the faculty of the College of Liberal Arts March 13 at 7 P.M.
in Elizabeth Hall Auditorium.
REMINDER: The last day to drop a course without academic penalty is March 3.
The Spring Blood Drive will be held on Monday and Tuesday, March 3 and 4, from
10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. in the Stetson Room of the Carlton Union Building. It will
again be sponsored by the Delta Delta Delta Sorority and the R. O. T. C. We have had
only fair support from the faculty. Give blood if you can and help publicize this
important cause.

In hopes of continuing the discussion begun in the McEniry seminar concerning the future
of the Liberal Arts, the Reporter will sponsor an open forum on the topic in the issue of
March 14.
This will be open to students, faculty or administrators alike. Possible topics for discussion include: Why have a Liberal Arts education? Is there a future for the Liberal Arts7
What can we be doing at Stetson in this area? Any ideas you may have in this realm of
discussion are invited.
Send your articles, columns, replies or whatever (typed and double-spaced please) to the
Reporter, Box 1409, by March 7 at the latest. If you would like more information, write
or call the Reporter office for more details.
