Commencement will be held in the Edmunds' Center on Sunday, May 11. The baccalaureate service will be at 10:00 A.M. and the graduation ceremony at 2 P.M.
Lines-of-march will form one half hour prior to each service. All faculty members
are expected to attend, in full regalia, unless officially excused. Those in need of
regalia may order same through the Bookstore. It is suggested that such orders be
placed immediately.
The next meeting of the Curriculum Committee of the College of Liberal Arts will
be held Monday, April 21, at 10:00 A.M. in Allen Hall. Department heads are
encouraged to note this date and send proposals that need to be considered by the
committee to Dr. Lafayette Walker, Chairman.
Pre-registration for the summer session and fall semester will be April 14, 15,
and 16.
The following students attended a Debate last week end at Emory University. They
were absent from classes on Friday, March 21 after 1:00 P.M., and Monday, March
24:
